Because I do not live in the same city, I especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled through phone calls and email. Their customer service representative was helpful, communicative, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They also took weather conditions into consideration when scheduling and completing the work, which I appreciated.

I was so overwhelmed with being a single mommy and first time I had to replace my roof! I posted on FB that I was needing quotes to replace my roof. Jordon was quick to respond and schedule the inspection. Then he also asked to set up an appointment to go over what options I had that would best fit my budget. He took the time to sit and explain it all to me! I received my bill with no surprise charges! Within my budget and made my home look like new! The kids and I were so impressed!
